In collaborazione con un’azienda locale costruttrice di stampi la DPS ha realizzato una tavola rotante adatta ad essere installata su qualsiasi tipologia di pressa ad iniezione.

• Spessore limitato per non penalizzare stampi di maggiore altezza;
• Applicabile su qualsiasi normale pressa, che abbia un martinetto idraulico, con il quale si può gestire tutte le funzioni della
  tavola stessa;
• Sopporta qualsiasi carico di peso stampo in fase di rotazione;
• In fase di apertura stampo non avendo nessuna ricaduta rispetto alla parte iniezione dello stampo eliminando qualsiasi tipo
  di usura anticipata e soprattutto problemi di probabili graffiature sul pezzo stampato;
• Grazie alla semplicità delle sue parti meccaniche si garantisce una lunga durata senza perdere precisione nel tempo;
• Tutte le parti soggette ad usura o regolazioni, sono ispezionabili senza necessità di smontare la tavola;
• La tavola rotante è dotata di 3 circuiti indipendenti (3 ingressi e 3 uscite) utilizzabili in rotazione con acqua, aria, o olio a
  pressione per movimenti meccanici;
• La tavola è dotata di un foro centrale passante diametro 17 mm da utilizzare per passaggio fili elettrici estrazione centrale;
  fine corsa applicabili nello stampo, o in caso di stampo non bimateria per passaggio tirante tavolino;
• Su richiesta si può adattare il progetto in base alle proprie esigenze variando dimensioni, diametro, spessore o altro, senza
  perdere nessuna caratteristica meccanica.

In partnership with a local manufacturer of molds, DPS Company has created a rotary table adapted to be installed on any type of injection molding machine which has increased reliability, versatility and adaptability: 1) It has a limited thickness to avoid problems when using higher moulds; 2) It can be applied to any ordinary press with an hydraulic jack, through which all the functions of the rotary table can be managed; 3) It can bear any weight load of the mold during rotation; 4) During mold opening it has no relapse compared to the injection part of the mold since it eliminates any type of wear in advance and all the possible scratches on the molded piece; 5) The simplicity of its mechanical parts ensure a long life without losing accuracy over time; 6) All parts subject to wear or adjustments can be inspected without the need to disassemble the rotary table from the press; 7) It is equipped with 3 independent circuits (3 inputs and 3 outputs) which can be used in rotation with water, air, or oil pressure for mechanical movements; 8) It has a 17 mm diameter bore central hole to be used for passing the electrical wires for the limit switches applicable in the mold or, in case of a non-compound mold, to be used to pass through the draft table brace of the central extraction; 9) The project can be adapted upon request by varying size, diameter or thickness without losing any mechanical features.
